A beautiful morning of movement, stillness, ritual, and return. This intimate experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and come home to yourself through the medicine of Qigong, a tea ceremony, guided journaling, and community integration. We begin with Qigong, a gentle embodied practice that circulates life force energy. From there, we transition into a formal tea ceremony where the simple act of sitting with tea becomes an invitation into presence, receptivity, and deeper listening. Limited to 10 participants.
