This intimate experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and come home to yourself through the medicine of Qigong, a tea ceremony, guided journaling, and community integration. We begin with Qigong, a gentle embodied practice that circulates life force energy. From there, we transition into a formal tea ceremony where the simple act of sitting with tea becomes an invitation into presence, receptivity, and deeper listening. Limited to 10 participants.
